John Cosby
Director
 

John Cosby has an M.S. degree in Instructional Leadership and Curriculum Design with a California Bilingual teaching certificate. He also has thirty-six years experience in cross-cultural church planting and adult leadership training, working in a large variety of International training venues including small groups, seminars, workshops, formal Bible College classroom and one-on-one discipleship. John and wife Marge have served in church planting, indigenous leadership and missionary training in Mexico, U.S. and Canada. They began with Mexican Gospel Mission in 1972 and later with UIM International. They are currently serving with Worldview Resource Group where John is a church planter trainer and consultant focused on Ibero-America. John served as MDP (Ministry Development Program) Director for six years before MDP transitioned to PATH. During this timeframe 200 missionaries were trained and now serve among Indigenous Peoples across Canada and from Alaska to Mexico. John and Marge currently live in Greeley, Colorado and have begun a Hispanic church plant there. They also are blessed with five children and sixteen grandchildren.
 


Dan Woodard
Administrator

Dan Woodard has a degree in Bible and Secondary Education and has taken post-graduate training in biblical counseling. He also has thirty years experience in cross-cultural church planting and discipleship/leadership training, having designed over a hundred discussion guides on topics relating to leadership development including team and board development. Dan and wife Deanna began with Baptist Int’l Missions and later transferred to InterAct Ministries where Dan serves as Native Church Consultant. For the past ten years Dan has served as administrator of IMCO (Inter-Mission Cooperative Outreach), a partnership of 11 mission agencies which, since 1970, has had the common goal of reaching Aboriginal peoples in North America with the gospel of Jesus Christ toward the establishment of a strong and reproductive Native church. IMCO missions are currently transitioning from missions-initiated Native ministry to Native-initiated/directed ministry. Dan also served as MDP (Ministry Development Program) administrator for ten years before MDP transitioned to PATH. Dan and Deanna currently live in Carstairs, Alberta and are blessed with three adult sons.
